论文从质保体系审核的角度重点介绍了外部审核员对船厂海洋工程焊接质量跟踪管理体系的审核过程，并通过其审核思路和审核方法，以及在审核中发现的问题，找出在焊接跟踪管理方面存在的差距。同时为了提高建造单位对海工产品焊接质量跟踪管理的水平，文章从无损检测跟踪、焊接缺陷跟踪、焊工跟踪、焊缝跟踪与焊接材料跟踪等方面提出了一些见解及措施。

This article introduces the process of audit on shipyard＇s offshore engineering welding quality tracking management system from point of quality assurance and finds a gap in welding tracing management between domestic shipyard and international offshore industry by auditor＇s thinking and methods. Some improvement measures were taken in NDT, Welding defects, welder, welding joints and consumable tracing management to enhance management level in HYSY981 project.
