阻抗控制子宫内膜切除术治疗子宫异常出血的临床应用与进展 被引量:13

Application Progress of NovaSure Impedance Controlled System for Endometrial Ablation

摘要 阻抗控制子宫内膜切除术属于第2代子宫内膜切除术,操作简单、安全和快捷。与其他子宫内膜切除术比较,具有手术时间更短、恢复快、术前无需预处理、不受经期限制及术后患者满意度高等特点。笔者拟就阻抗控制子宫内膜切除术治疗子宫异常出血的临床应用及进展,综述如下。 NovaSure system is the second generation of endometrial ablation, which is simple,safe and fast. In contrast with other surgeries of endometrial ablation, NovaSure system has many advantages, such as short time of operation,rapid recuperation, without preoperative pretreatment or menstruation limitation and with high levels of patient satisfaction.
