利用特制的变结构晶闸管整流焊机,研究典型焊机外特性对焊接飞溅的影响;利用独特的飞溅声波动态跟踪法和飞溅颗粒分类法研究焊接过程各阶段飞溅生成的条件和规律;探讨低飞溅率手工弧焊电源有关参数的合理调节范围。
