摘要
改革开放30多年,中国国际经济合作观发生了巨大的变化。在不同历史阶段,国际经济合作具有不同的目标导向、制度环境和实现模式。观念的变革需要具备一定的历史条件,国内经济改革推动了新旧观念之间的转换,国际规范和全球化理论则提供了变革的思路。
The concept of international economic cooperation experiences a lot of changes since reform and opening up in China. There are different goals, modes and institution environments of international economic cooperation in different periods. The change of concept needs certain historical conditions. The demands for domestic reform promote the conversion between the old and new ideas, and international norms and theories of globalization provide the methods of change.
