载脂蛋白A5启动子片段荧光表达载体的构建及瞬时表达

摘要
载脂蛋白家族新成员载脂蛋白A5（apoA5），主要存在于VLDL、HDL及CM中，apoA5基因过表达和基因缺乏小鼠模型研究已为apoA5与TG浓度呈负相关提供直接证据[1]。我们通过基因工程方法构建含有apoA5启动子片段的荧光表达载体，瞬时转染人原代肝癌细胞，实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应（FQ—PCR）检测apoA5基因表达。
