微小RNA对T细胞的调控及机制 被引量：2

摘要 恶性肿瘤是在多种致癌因素的作用下，细胞的某些生长调控基因发生突变或异常表达引发细胞异常增生[1]。在对肿瘤免疫应答过程中细胞免疫起主要作用，体液免疫起协同作用。若肿瘤抗原免疫原性强引发适应性免疫应答，若免疫原性弱引发固有免疫应答。
