大体积混凝土底板预埋钢管施工的仿真分析 被引量:5

摘要 大体积混凝土结构裂缝的产生主要是由水泥水化热引起的温度应力和温度变形引起的。分层浇筑施工具有较好的降温效果,而在分层浇筑之前预埋呈一定形状布置的垂直钢管则具有更好的降温效果。采用ANSYS有限元软件分别模拟某大体积混凝土底板在施工期预埋垂直钢管与不预埋垂直钢管的分层浇筑过程,并将这两种工况下的温度场和温度应力场进行比较,得出了预埋呈梅花形布置垂直钢管的具体降温效果,为相关大体积混凝土施工温度裂缝控制提供参考。 The cracks in massive concrete structures are mainly caused by the thermal stress and thermal strain due to hydration heat of cement. Layered construction can reduce the temperature obviously, but it can more obviously reduce temperature if placing some vertical steel tubes with some form in massive concrete structures before construction. The thermal field and thermal stress field were studied when massive concrete structures were placed on vertical steel tubes which form was like a plum blossom during layered construction period by ANSYS finite element calculation software. And compared with the data of not placing vertical steel tubes, the steel tubes' specific effect of reducing temperature was obtained, and some suggestions were listed for the reference in practical projects.
