摘要
叙述了价值工程在电炉炼钢过程中优化炉料配比中的应用。经过研究、试验，解决了由于炉料配比不合理，耗能多、成本高的问题，使技术与经济得到了进一步结合，取得了显著的技术经济效果。
The application of value system in optimization of funrace burden in electrical furnace steelmaking is narrated.With research and test the problems of more energy consumption and high cost which come from the irrational furnace burden were resolved and consequently technique was well combined with economy and remarkable technique-economy effect got.
