摘要
目的探讨18F-FDG PET/CT对脊椎结核的诊断价值。方法回顾我院10例脊椎结核的PET/CT表现,SUV>2.5定为放射性摄取增高,并对比MRI图像,分析其对脊椎结核的诊断符合率。随访时间为12~24个月。结果有完整资料的10例脊椎结核患者,MRI诊断脊柱结核6例(60%),其余均诊断为转移瘤。18F-FDG PET/CT诊断脊椎结核10例,共计16个椎体,其中4例为单一椎体受累,6例患者表现为2个连续椎体同时受累,以胸腰段椎体为主。PET/CT和MRl检出病灶率相同,均为100%,定性诊断正确率分别为100%和60%,二者定性诊断比较有统计学意义。结论 PET/CT在诊断脊椎骨结核方面优于MRI,能为临床的诊治提供更准确的影像信息。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of lSF-FDG PET/CT of tuberculosis of the spine. Methods 10 cases of spinal tuberculosis hospital PET/CT performance SUV〉2.5 set for increased radiotracer uptake, and contrast MRI image analysis of the diagnosis of tuberculosis of the spine in line with the rate. Follow-up time of 12 to 24 months. Results of complete information on 10 cases of spinal TB patients,the MRI diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis in six cases (60%),the rest were diagnosed as metastases. 1SF-FDG PET/CT diagnosis of spinal tubereulosis,10 cases,a total of 16 vertebrae,of which four cases involved a single vertebral body, six cases of patients presented with two consecutive vertebrae simultaneously involved, mainly thoracolumbar. PET/CT and MR1 de- tected lesions the same rate,are 100% qualitative diagnostic accuracy of 100% and 60% respective- ly,both qualitative diagnosis was statistically significant. Conclusion PET/CT in the diagnosis of spine tuberculosis superior to MRI,to provide a more accurate image information for clinical diagno- sis and treatment.
