古代彩绘颜料胶结材料MALDI-TOF-MS分析表征(Ⅰ) 被引量:7

摘要 建立了古代彩绘颜料鸡卵蛋白胶结材料基质辅助激光解析电离飞行质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)分析表征方法.探讨优化了彩绘颜料鸡卵蛋白胶结材料样品前处理和测定条件,进行彩绘颜料鸡卵蛋白胶结材料模拟样品和秦俑彩绘样品的MALDI-TOF-MS"肽质谱指纹"图谱分析表征研究.结果表明秦始皇兵马俑彩绘颜料胶结材料并非鸡卵蛋白.这对于古代彩绘颜料蛋白类胶结材料的分析表征,秦俑彩绘的研究、保护和修复具有一定的实际意义和参考价值. The egg proteinaceous used as the binding media of polychromy was investigated by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) in this paper. The sample pre-tretment and determination conditions for the proteinaceous extraction, enzymatic hydrolysis and peptide analysis were optimized. The "peptide mass fingerprint" of the egg proteinaceous model samples was analyzed and characterized. The binding media of polychromy for the Qin Shihuang's terracotta army was identified by comparing the "peptide mass fingerprint" obtained from the real sample with those of egg proteinaceous model sample. The results prove that egg proteinaceous was not used as the binding media of polychromy for the terracotta army of Qin Shihuang. It is importance to identify and determine the binding media of polychromy for conservation and restoration of polychrome cultural heritage.
