摘要 目的探讨血清可溶性凝集素样氧化型低密度脂蛋白受体-1(sLOX-1)水平与男性吸烟者合并冠心病相关性。方法该研究共纳人216例男性吸烟者,根据患者是否合并冠心病将所有患者分为冠心病组(n=95)及非冠心病组(n=121),比较两组的血清sLOX-1水平,通过Logistic回归分析评价血清sLOX-1水平与合并冠心病的相关性。结果冠心病组患者血清sLOX-1水平(678~2104ng/L,平均1652ng/L)显著高于非冠心病组患者(382~1334ng/L,平均829ng/L)(P〈0.01)。多元Logistic回归分析显示血清sLOX-1水平与男性吸烟者合并冠心病存在正相关性(优势比为2.136,95%可信区间为1.227~3.401,P〈0.01)。结论高血清sLOX-1水平是男性吸烟者罹患冠心病的独立危险因子,检测血清sLOX-1水平可能成为预测男性吸烟者合并冠心病风险的一种重要的手段。 Objective To explore whether serum soluble lectin-like oxidized low-density lipoprotein receptor-1 (sLOX-1) levels are associated with the presence of coronary artery disease in male smokers. Methods 216 male smokers were enrolled in this cross-sectional study. All the smokers were divided into coronary artery disease group (n = 95) and patients without CAD (not-CAD group, n = 121) based on the presence of coronary artery disease or not. Serum sLOX-1 levels were compared between the two groups. The correlation between serum sLOX-1 levels and the presence of coronary artery disease was investigated by Logistic analysis. Results Serum sLOX-1 levels were signifi- cantly higher in CAD group than those in not-coronary artery disease group [(678-2 104 ng/L, average 1 652 ng/L) vs (382-1 334 ng/L, average 829 ng/L)], P 〈 0.01). Multiple Logistic analysis showed that serum sLOX-1 levels were independently associated with the presence of Coronary artery disease (odds ratio: 2.136, 95% confidence interval: 1.227-3.401, P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Higher serum sLOX-1 levels is an independent risk factor for the presence of coronary artery disease in male smokers. The determination of serum sLOX-1 levels might be a useful method for pre- dicting the risk of coronary artery disease in male smokers.
