囊内液压扩张术结合针刀松解治疗肩周炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of intracapsular hydraulic pressure distension and acupotomogic therapy in the treatment of the patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis

目的观察囊内液压扩张术结合针刀疗法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法将陕西省汉中市三二〇一医院疼痛科100例患者随机分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(50例)。治疗组用囊内液压扩张术结合针刀疗法治疗;对照组用肩部痛点阻滞治疗。治疗2周后,观察临床疗效、疼痛指标和肩关节活动指标变化。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(100%和92%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外治疗组和对照组治疗前后疼痛指标和肩关节活动指标比较,差异均有高度统计学意义(均P<0.01),而治疗组更优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论囊内液压扩张术结合针刀疗法能有效缓解患者疼痛,改善肩关节活动,提高疗效。

Objective To observe the curative effect of intraeapsular hydraulic pressure distension and acupotomogic therapy in the treatment of the patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods 100 patients from 3201 Hospital of Hanzhong City were randomly divided into treatment group （50 cases） and the control group （50 cases）. The treatment group were treated with intracapsular hydraulic pressure distension and acupotomogic therapy, and the control group were treated with shoulder black. After being treated for two weeks, the clinical effect, change of pain of shoulder and activity of shoulder joint were observed. Results In the treatment group, the total effective rate were superior to the control group （100% vs 92%） （P 〈 0.05）. The observed criteria （pain of shoulder and activity of shoulder joint） were all improved in the two groups after treatment （P 〈 0.01）, and the improvement was more significant in the treatment group than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Intracapsular hydraulic pressure distension and acupotomogic therapy can relieve effectively pain, improve activity of shoulder joint and increase the therapeutic effect for the patient with scapulohumeral periarthritis.
