摘要
通过对Fe Ni粉状触媒的独特性研究 ,提出了金刚石成核和生长模型 ,并探讨了粉状触媒在金刚石成核和生长过程中的主要影响因素。通过控制某些元素、氧化物和氮化物杂质的含量和分布 ,可提高Fe Ni粉状触媒质量 。
By studying the uniqueness of powder Fe Ni eatalyst alloy, the authors established a model for diamond nucleation and growth, and discussed main factors affecting diamond nucleation and growth. The quality of powder Fe Ni catalyst could be improved by controlling contents and distribution of some elements, oxides and nitrides, producing high quality artificial diamond.
