摘要
目的合成七甲川花菁类染料NR-307,研究其在不同pH下的吸收光谱。方法以2,3,3-三甲基-3H-吲哚为原料,经季铵化、缩合,合成NR-307,并测试其在不同pH下的吸收光谱。结果与结论合成了NR-307,并测试了其吸收光谱,阐明了化合物NR-307在乙醇溶液中不同pH下的吸收光谱变化趋势。
OBJECTIVE To synthesize the compound NR-307 and study its absorption spectrum in different pH.METHODS NR-307 was prepared from 2,3,3-trimethylindolenine through quaterisation and condensation,and its absorption spectrum was detected.RESULTS and CONCLUSION NR-307 was synthesized and its absorption spectrum were carried out.It revealed the variable trend of the absorption spectrum of compound NR-307 in alcohol with different pH.
