摘要
目的制备葛根素-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物,并研究其性质表征,计算包合过程的热力学常数。方法采用饱和水溶液-超声法制备包合物,然后使用X射线衍射法、红外光谱法鉴定包合物,并通过表观溶解度法测定包合过程中各热力学常数。结果成功制备了葛根素-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物,葛根素与羟丙基-β-环糊精摩尔比为1∶1,相溶解度图呈AL型。结论羟丙基-β-环糊精作为包合材料,能显著增大葛根素的溶解度,为后期的渗透泵片的研究奠定了基础。
OBJECTIVE To prepare the puerarin-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound(Pu-HP-β-CD) and investigate the properties and thermodynamic constants of inclusion.METHODS Pu-HP-β-CD was prepared by the saturation aqueous solution-ultrasonic method.Then,inclusion compound was identified by X ray iffraction(XRD) and infrared spectrometry(IR) method.The thermodynamic constants were also calculated by phase solubility method.RESULTS Pu-HP-β-CD was prepared successfully and the molar ratio of host and guest molecular was 1:1.The phase diagram was AL type.CONCLUSION The solubility of puerarin included by hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin is increased obviously,which also establish the foundation for further study on the osmotic pump tablets of puerarin.
