摘要
莱钢特殊钢厂采取 5 0 t U HP-EAF+5 0 t L F工艺生产德标 3 8Si7调质弹簧钢 ,经严格冶炼及轧制 ,钢锭合格率达99.2 % ,成材率达 92 .17% ,化学成分及机械性能均能满足德标 DIN172 2
The 38Si7 hardened and tempered spring steel (Deutsche Industrie Normen)was produced by 50t UHP EAF+50t LF process in the special steel plant of Laiwu iron and steel group Co.,Ltd.Since strictly smelting and rolling process the percent of pass of ingot is up to 99.2% and finished products rate is up to 92.17%.Its chemical composition and mechanical properties can meet the requirements of DIN17221-72.
