摘要
针对平行刃剪切机冷剪不同材质的金属 ,在改变剪刃相对侧向间隙Δ /h0 (五种值 )以及有无压板的情况下 ,实测了剪切铅、铝、钢时的剪切力 ,并结合理论计算进行了分析比较 ;同时对现有各计算剪切力的公式进行了评述。
The shear forces are measured on line when lead, alumium and steel are sheared in terms of different kinds of metals coldly sheared by shearer with parallel edges in the conditions of changing relative side clearance of shear edges ? ? / h 0 (five values)and with or without plate. The results are compared with that of theorical calculation, meanwhile the different calculation formulas of shear are evaluated.
