摘要
目的探讨正畸簟家的建议对正畸求治人群矫治决策的影响。方法随机选取1例个别正常骱者的口内像作为实验病例,设计电子问卷,以中山大学附属口腔医院正畸求治患者为被试对象.并随机分成两组:正干扰组与负干扰组,让其分别在正畸专家提出建议前、后,对这名实验病例的正畸治疗需要崔度进行评分。结果正干扰组67.96%和负干扰组48.04%的被试者根据正畸专家的建议.调整自己的初始分值,向正畸专家的建议靠拢,但正畸专家的建议在大部分患者的决策中的权重较低;止干扰组12.62%和负干扰组18.63%的被试者忽视正畸专家的建议,坚持自己的初始分值。正、负干扰组间被试行接受建议的比率差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),正负干扰组间被试者受建议干扰的程度差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论正畸专家的建议对多数正畸求治患者的矫治决策具有不同程度的引导作用。少数患者不受正畸专家建议的影响,临床上需要区别对待。
Objective To investigate the treatment decision making of patients seeking influence of orthodontic expert's advice on orthodontic orthodontic treatment. Methods Orthodontic patients in Guanghua School of Stomatology, Sun Yat-sen University were presented with a hypothetical sce-nario randomly in a designed electronic questionnaire, in which they were asked to score on orthodontic treatment need of an individual normal occlusion case displayed with the intraoral view, before and af- ter orthodontic expert's advising. 103 patients in positive interference group confronted the advice de- creasing the desire for orthodontic treatment, while 102 patients in negative interference group con-fronted the opposite. Results About 67. 96 % of the patients in positive interference group and 48.04 % of the patients in negative interference group adopted orthodontic expert's advice and drew close to it. However, these patients tended to place a lower weight on the orthodontic expert's advice than their initial scoring. Patients ignored orthodontic expert's advice and insisted on their initial sco-ring accounted for 12.62 % in positive interfernce group and 18.63% in negative interfernce group, respectively. Positive interference group had a higher orthodontic expert's advice adoption rate than negative interference group (P〈0.05), as well as the weight of advice taken value (P〈0.01). Con- clusions This survey indicates that orthodontic expert's advice has clinical significance in guiding the orthodontic patients' decision making, while a few orthodontic patients still chose to ignore it.
