高速线材轧机轧制速度现已超过140m/s。轧辊轴及辊环的转速最高可达15000r/min以上,这就对轧机的润滑提出了更高的要求。水进入润滑系统后不仅造成润滑油品性能的下降,也使轧机传动机构的零部件生锈。文章对润滑油中水的来源、水在润滑油中存在的形式以及它们对油品和设备的损害进行了分析,提出了解决办法。

The speed of high - speed wire rod mill is over 140 m/s .The highest speed of roller shaft and roller ring is up to 15 000 r/min, which need higher requirement to lubrication of the rolling mill.Water entering lubricant system results in lowered quality of lubricant and the parts rust of transmission mechanism in rooling mill. The source and the form of water in lubricant and the damage on lubricant and equipment are analysed, and the resolution is put forth.
