摘要
介绍了试样用磷酸或焦硫酸钾 (硫酸氢钾 )分解 ,在 2 5%的HCl介质中 ,以铝片将Ti4+还原为Ti3+,加入硫酸铵以抑制Ti3+的氧化 ,然后在草酸存在下 ,以中性红作指示剂 ,用硫酸高铁铵标准溶液滴定。本方法快速、可行。
The method of determining TiO 2 content in titanium concentrate by decomposing the sample firstly with phosphoric acid or potassium hydrosulphate(KHSO 4)followed by using the aluminum flake to reduce the Ti 4+ to Ti 3+ in the 25% HCl medium and adding ammonium sulphate to inhibit the oxidation of Ti 3+ ,finally by using toluylene red as the indicator in the presence of oxalic acid and titrating with the ammonium ferric sulphate as the standard solution was presented.It is a rapid-determination as well as a feasible one.
