摘要
桥梁用预应力钢丝钢绞线都在高的交变应力状态下服役 ,加上海水、潮湿环境的影响 ,更加速其应力腐蚀的速率。就桥梁用预应力混凝土钢丝、钢绞线 ,拉索用预应力镀锌钢丝和钢绞线的防腐措施作概要分析 ,认为从桥梁的安全出发 ,必须从钢材制品厂、设计、施工等多方面严加控制 。
Prestressed steel wire and strand for bridge are used in the condition of high alternating stress with humidity atmosphere and sometime seawater atmosphere,which speed up the corrosion.After analyzing the corrosion prevention methods used in PC strand,PC wire and strand for bridge cable,it is concluded that the quality of bridge must be seriously controlled by steel products manufacturer,designer and constructor so as to ensure the bridge to be perfectly safe.
