不同生产工艺对中粗规格制绳钢丝性能的影响

摘要 比较半成品钢丝经电加热铅淬火—盐酸洗—磷化— 8/ 60 0直进式拉丝机拉拔和煤气炉热处理铅淬火—硫酸洗—磷化— 5-6/ 550活套式拉丝机拉拔两种不同工艺流程生产的中粗规格 ( 1.6~ 3 .4mm)制绳钢丝 ,因热处理工艺、原料含碳量、拉拔总减面率以及铅淬火温度的不同而引起钢丝力学性能的变化 。 To produce medium and thick specifications (1.6~3.4?mm) steel wires for making rope with semi finished steel wires by two kinds of different production technology,which are patenting with electricity heating—hydrochloric acid pickling—phosphating—drawing with 8/600 straight line wire drawing machine and patenting with gas furnace heating—sulphuric acid pickling—phosphating—drawing with 5-6/550 dance wire drawing machine.Changes of mechanical property of the two kinds of steel wires caused by different heat treatment technology,carbon content of raw materials,total drawing draught and patenting temperature are compared.Some methods for improving the property of steel wire are approached.
