摘要
探讨热处理工艺与钢绳疲劳性能之间的关系 ,用正交试验法确定最佳热处理工艺 ,并用扫描电镜对钢丝组织进行观察 ,结果显示炉温 92 0℃ ,铅温 54 0℃ ,收线速度为 2 0r/min的条件下可得到细小均一的索氏体 ,晶粒度可达 15级。指出只有在强度、塑性和韧性的合理配合下 。
To inquire into the relation between heat treatment technology and fatigue property of steel wire rope.The optimum heat treatment technology is determined by orthogonal test.The microstructure of steel wire is observed with SEM.It is shown that the uniform sorbite whose grain size is up to 15 grade can be obtained under condition of furnace temperature of 920?℃,lead temperature of 540?℃,take up speed of 20?r/min.It is pointed out that the ideal fatigue property can be got only rationally matching strength with plasticity and toughness.
