摘要
提出了一种传统机顶盒节能改进及遥控一体化设计方案。在不改变机顶盒内部电路原有布局的情况下,通过增加由继电器、单片机最小系统及红外发射等模块组成的控制系统,使机顶盒待机功耗从改进前的5.07 W下降到0.76 W,节能近90%。此外,根据遥控器常用操作功能提出了一种实用型遥控一体化方案,既避免了两个遥控器来回切换的烦恼,提升了用户体验,又克服了目前市场上遥控一体化改进方案复杂及成本高等不足。
This paper puts forward a traditional STB energy-saving improvement and remote control integrated scheme research. Under the prerequisite of not modifying the basic structure of the original circuit placement design, by increasing the controlling system which consists of relay, SCM minimum system and infrared emission and so on, the standby power consumption becomes from the pre-improvement 5.07 W down to 0.76 W which may save about 90% of energy. In addition, a practical remote control integrated scheme is proposed, which not only avoids the user toggling two remote control integrated back and forth and enhances user experience, but also overcomes the shortcomings of complex improvement program and high cost etc.
