列宁"灌输"理论之成效,表明思想政治教育务必尊重对象之现实。当代大学生别于无产阶级之处,在于文化层次较高、有个性、功利、充满怀疑主义精神等。思想政治教育的思维方式应超越列宁的"灌输"理论,寻求开放性之思。提升教师理论素养是当务之急,为最根本。若实现此一方式,教师应多读书,多搞科研。

Lenin ＂indoctrination＂ theory was very effective. Whith higher level of culture of contemporary col- lege students, they have a personality, and are full of the spirit of skepticism. The mode of thinking on their ideo- logical and Political Education should go beyond Lenin~ ＂indoctrination＂ theory.
