摘要
借助搅拌磨超细粉碎过程的机械化学效应能有效实施粉体机械化学改性,用IR、XPS、DTA、粘度等方法分析了机械化学改性的机理.研究表明,改性剂通过与粉体表面发生的化学吸附、接枝和键合作用而达到粉体改性的目的。超细粉碎为机械化学改性过程的顺利进行提供了有利的环境。
On the basis of the mechano-chemical effect of ultrafine grinding with stirred mill, a new process of mechano-chemical modification of powders is developed. Mechanism of mechano-chemical modification is analyzed through IR, XPS, DR-IR, DTA and viscosity in this paper. The results indicate that surfacial modification can be obtained through modifier's adsorption, connection, and bond effect on powder surface. Ultrafine grinding can effectively promote the success of mechano-chemical modification.
