镉镍废电池中镍和钴的浸出动力学 被引量:7

摘要 对镉镍废电池的浸出回收进行了研究.废电池首先经粉碎、焙烧,然后在硫酸溶液中浸出。研究了硫酸浓度、温度、焙烧条件及氧化剂对镍和钴浸出过程的影响.结果表明,镍和钻浸出过程均为表面化学反应步骤所控制,在氧气中焙烧可以显著提高镍钴的浸出率,浸出时加入氧化剂可以加快镍的浸出速度但不利于钻的浸出。 This paper studied the leaching kinetics of Ni and Co in spent cadmium - nickel batteries. The spent batteries were first crushed and roasted to convert nickel and cadmium into their oxides. The effects of H2SO4 concentrations, leaching temperature, roasting parameters and oxidant of leaching processes were investigated. Experiment results show that leaching process of Ni and Co is controlled by surface chemical reaction, the leaching percentage can markedly increase through roasting in oxygen, and addition of oxidant during leaching can enhance leaching of nickel but decrease the leaching percentage of cobalt.
