摘要
本文讨论了圆管内对流换热的机理,在此基础上,基于对流换热的优化理论,设计一种新的纵向扰流装置,即在管内有间隔地插入多个螺旋片,建立了相应的物理和数学模型,并对其传热和流动特性进行了计算模拟。结果表明,在圆管内有间隔地插入多个螺旋片可以有效提高换热与流动的综合性能,其PEC达到2.90~5.10。
The present study discusses the mechanism of convective heat transfer inside the tube, on this basis, based on the optimization theory of convective heat transfer; we design a new type longitudinal devise for disturbing fluid, which is inserting multiple helical screw tapes in the tube with regular space; the corresponding physical and mathematical models are set up and its heat transfer and flow characteristics are numerically simulated. The results show that the tube inserted with the multiple helical screw tapes can improve the flow and heat transfer performance effectively, the value of PEC varied between 2.90 and 5.10.
