摘要
为了强化换热,许多换热器均使用各种强化换热管,这些换热管在使用超声波除垢时,其内部的对流换热场协同的变化直接影响换热器的换热效率。本文利用FLUENT软件模拟了加入超声空化后,在不同管道内超声空化作用对速度场和温度场的影响,并对比分析了加入空化前后,场协同数和协同角的变化规律。加入超声空化后使管道内的对流换热场协同程度变差,而且强化换热管内的协同数和协同角的变化比圆管中剧烈。
When the ultrasonic is used to clean fouling in enhancement heat transfer tube, the heat transfer efficiency of tubes are affected by changes of field synergy in convective heat transfer. In this paper, numerical simulation is adopted to research the influence of velocity field and temperature field by ultrasonic cavitation in the different tubes, as well as variation of synergy number and synergy angle. The field synergy is deterioration after adding ultrasonic cavitation in tube, changes of syn- ergy number and synergy angle in enhancement heat transfer tube is more violent than in circular tube.
