对苯甲酸对人体的危害、在原料乳中的主要来源以及原料乳的卫生质量、马尿酸的质量分数和人为添加等因素对原料乳中苯甲酸质量分数的影响进行了综述,对提高原料乳的卫生质量、安全无毒的防腐措施和快速高效的检测手段等控制原料乳中苯甲酸质量分数的方法进行了讨论。。
