中西医结合治疗复发转移性乳腺癌20例疗效观察

Treatment of Advanced Breast Cancer by Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in 20 Cases

目的:观察使用伊尔康胶囊治疗复发转移性乳腺癌的疗效。方法:伊尔康胶囊联合化疗药物例如紫杉醇用于治疗晚期乳腺癌20例,观察其治疗效果、病人的生存质量和生存期。结果:化疗期间,所有患者骨髓抑制不严重,白细胞减少不明显,肝肾功能及胃肠道反应不严重。疗程后,所有患者不同程度上改善了生活质量,延长了生存期。结论:伊尔康胶囊联合化疗药物用于治疗晚期乳腺癌,活血化瘀,软坚散结,清热解毒,提高免疫力及升高白细胞计数效果明显。

ObjectiveTo study the synergistic effect of Yierkang capsule chemotherapy for advanced breast cancer.Methods Yierkang capsule and chemotherapy drugs as EPI and Paclitaxel were used for the treatment of advanced breast cancer in 20 cases to observe the effects of its treatment,the patient's survival status and the survival period.Results During chemotherapy stage,all patients' myelosuppression weren't serious,leucopenia weren't obvious,hepatic and renal function and the response to the gastrointestinal tract weren't serious.After treatment,all patients improved the quality of life and prolonged the survival period in different degrees.Conclusions Yierkang capsule and chemotherapy drugs were used for treatment of advanced breast cancer,they have effects on activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis,resolving hard lump,clearing away heat and toxic material,increasing immunity,elevating white blood cell count.Through long - term medication,they strengthened the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors,kept patients on healthy tendency.
