Determination of glibenclamide illegally added in Fulinshanyao Tablets

目的建立茯苓山药片中添加格列本脲的高效液相色谱检验方法。方法采用薄层色谱法及高效液相色谱法对茯苓山药片中添加的化学成分格列本脲进行了定性分析,采用高效液相色普法进行了格列本脲的定量分析,并进行分析方法的验证。结果与结论该方法可用于检验茯苓山药片中非法添加的化学成分格列本脲。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of glibenclamide that was illegally added in Fulinshanyao Tablets. Methods The qualitative analysis of glibenclamide was carried out with TLC and HPLC method,the quantitative analysis was carried out with HPLC method, and the analytic methods were verified. Results and Conclusion This method can be used for the determination of glibenclamide illegally added in Fulinshanyao Tablets .
