摘要
通过小磨试验和工业化大磨实际生产应用,研究有机助磨剂相同掺量、不同浓度对水泥粉磨性能的影响。结果表明,小磨试验未表现出明显变化,而在大磨实际生产中表现出显著的差异,即添加浓度较低助磨剂生产的水泥在台时产量、比表面积和水泥净浆流动性方面,均高于使用浓度较高助磨剂生产的水泥。
Through the laboratory mill test and industrial mill application, the effect of organic surfactants, that with same amount of grinding aid addition but different concentration in liquid was studied. The results indicated that changes in labo- ratory mill test could be negligible, but differences in industrial mill application were remarkably. The output of cement per hour, specific surface area of cement and fluidity of cement pastes with low concentration grinding aids were all better than that with high concentrations grinding aids.
