摘要
采用化学试剂和生产原料,研究了预分解系统内不同分解率物料与碱、氯、硫等单一或复合低温融体之间的黏结特性。结果表明:混合融体KCl+K2SO4+CaSO4黏结物料的能力最强。分解率高的生料不容易被融体黏结,物料的高温流动性能更好,分解率低的生料较容易被黏结形成结皮。因此,提高入窑生料分解率可以减少结皮堵塞的几率。
The cohesive properties of kiln feeding raw meal of different rate of decomposition with single or complex low temperature melt formed by alkali, chlorine and sulphur in preheating-decomposition system were studied with industry raw meal and chemical reagent. The results showed that the cohesive material of KCI+K:,S04+CaS04 composite melts had the most powerful cohesive ability. The raw meal with higher rate of decomposition was difficult to be adhered by melts, and had bet- ter fluidity at high temperature. The raw meal with lower rate of decomposition was easily to be adhered by melts. Therefore, keeping a higher rate of decomposition of raw meal would reduce the risk of buildups jam.
