摘要
本文研究了GCr1 5钢经 850℃奥氏体化后于 2 4 0℃及 2 70℃等温淬火并保持 5~ 1 80min后所得B M复相组织的力学性能。结果表明 ,经此处理后 ,GCr1 5钢的抗拉强度及冲击韧度明显提高。其基体硬度仍可保持在 57HRC以上。并通过透射电镜及扫描电镜观察分析了B M复相组织的形态及断口形貌和断裂机理。
The paper reported the mechanical properties of bainite martensite duplex structure of the GCr15 bearing steel austenized at 850℃ and isothermal hardened at 240℃ and 270℃ separately for 5~180 min.The results showed that strength and impact toughness of the steel could be improved obviously and its hardness was maintained above 57HRC.The fracture mechanism of the duplex structure was analyzed by use of TEM and SEM cross section view.
