摘要
利用两个相同声子晶体构成的腔长可变声波谐振腔,研究了声波在声子晶体导带和禁带交汇处的动态演化规律.理论分析和实验结果表明,禁带边缘处透射声波的频谱分布随着谐振腔腔长的增加呈周期性振荡变化,在禁带边缘处的隧穿过程更容易实现.
The acoustic wave dynamic evolvement in the stopband edge is investigated theoretically and experimentally using the acoustic-phonon cavity made of two identical acoustic-phonon supedattices. The theoretical and experimental results show that the acoustic wave is periodic oscillations with the increase of the ffcoustic-phonon cavity, and the tunneling effect of the acoustic wave is easy in the stopband edge of phonons superlattices.
