摘要
通过聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚和脂肪胺制备羟氨基聚醚,并利用FTIR对羟氨基聚醚的结构进行表征,结果显示有明显的氨基特征峰。用羟氨基聚醚合成了聚脲弹性体,利用DSC和TGA考察了产物的性能,并测试了产物的各项物理机械性能,结果表明羟氨基聚醚能有效降低聚脲的反应速率,制备的聚脲软硬段相混合程度较好,并且具有较好的力学性能。
The hydroxyl amide-terminated polyether resin was prepared by polypropylene glycol diglycidyl ether and monomer aliphatic amine. Observation of the structure of hydroxyl amideterminated polyether by FTIR showed the amino characteristic peak was obvious. Polyurea elastomer with hydroxyl amine-polyether were prepared. DSC and TGA were em- ployed to characterize the properties of the products, and its physical mechanical properties were measured. The results showed that the reaction rate of polyurea was effectively controlled by hydroxyl amine-polyether. The polyurea synthesized with hydroxyl amide terminated polyether showed better miscibility between soft and hard segments as well as lower degree of hydrogen bonding,compared to those of prepared with amine-terminated polyether. The mechanical properties of poly urea also were improved. The produces of hydroxyl amine-terminated polyether did not require high temperature and pres- sure and hydrogen. Equipment investment was smaller than amine-terminated polyether, excellent value for money.
