摘要
采用低温钛醇盐水解一步合成TiO2。考察了钛源、反应温度、超声作用等对TiO2光催化活性的影响。应用X射线衍射对样品性能进行表征,并以甲基橙溶液为模拟污染物在紫外光辐射下进行光降解实验。结果表明,选择四异丙醇钛为原料,当反应温度为75℃时,超声0.5h制备的样品,其晶体结构主要为锐钛矿;其在紫外光照180min后,对8mg/L甲基橙的降解率能达到90%以上。
TiO2 powers were prepared via the hydrolysis of titanium alkoxide in low temperature. Moreover,the in- fluences of titanium alkoxide, reaction temperature and assistance of ultrasound on the photocata[ytic activity were studied. The obtained powders were characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD). The photocatalytie activities of samples were in- vestigated by the degradation of methyl orange under UV light radiation- The result showed that the obtained samples mainly were anatase TiO2 powers. Under the optimal preparation conditions of titanium tetra-isopropoxide as titanium source, reaction temperature 75℃and ultrasonic time 0. 5h, degradation rate of methyl orange solution(Smg/L)was more than 90% in180min.
