摘要
应用模糊逻辑控制技术建立了动态设定系统 ,该系统根据前两个机架实测的轧制力和设定计算的轧制力之间的偏差极性来推断产生误差的原因 ,再修正后续机架的辊缝值 ,提高带钢头部厚度精度。在建立模糊规则时 ,应用了专家经验与模糊辨识相结合的方法 ,使规则更加合理可信。文中以实际数据进行了校验 ,证明该动态设定系统取得了良好的效果。
A dynamic setting system was developed by using fuzzy control technology. This system deduce the originate of thickness error from the polarity of errors between predicted rolling forces and measured ones, and adjust the gaps of downstream stands dynamically, which improve thickness accuracy of strip head. By combination of expert experience and fuzzy identification, the fuzzy rules become more reliable. The calculated values and the practice data is correspondent.
