甲状旁腺全切术加前臂移植治疗尿毒症继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症

摘要 本文回顾性分析继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进（secondary hyperparathyriodism，SHPT）内科治疗失败，行甲状旁腺全切加前臂移植患者16例的临床随访资料，现报道如下。一、一般资料选择2008年7月至2011年7月在我院进行甲状旁腺全切术加前臂移植的维持性血液透析患者16例，男9例，女7例，年龄37～61岁，平均年龄（49．2±5．8）岁，透析时间6～16年，平均透析时间（96．2±18．1）个月，随访时间6～40个月，平均随访时间（16．3±8．9）个月。
