摘要 目的:研究儿童内隐问题行为的性别差异及其与母亲述情障碍的关系。方法:采用20个项目的多伦多述情障碍量表和Achenbach儿童行为核查表,对446名学前儿童的母亲进行问卷调查。结果:(1)儿童的内隐问题行为具有显著的性别差异,男孩在强迫性行为上明显高于女孩,而女孩在抑郁倾向上显著高于男孩。(2)母亲的述情障碍对学前儿童内隐问题行为具有显著的预测作用。母亲的情感识别障碍对儿童的抑郁倾向、社交退缩以及强迫性行为具有显著正向预测作用,其情感描述障碍对儿童的抑郁倾向具有显著正向预测作用。结论:母亲的述情障碍可能会对学前儿童的内隐问题行为产生重要影响。 Objective: To explore the gender difference of preschoolers' internalizing behavior problems, and to examine the relation between mother's alexithymia and preschoolers' internalizing behavior problems. Methods: There are 446 preschoolers from six kindergardens in Suzhou participated in the study. The 20-Item Toronto Alexithymia Scale ( TAS- 20 ) was used to measure the alexithymia of these preschoolers' mother. Preschoolers' internalizing behavior problems were assessed by Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL). Results: (1) Significant differences of preschoolers' internalizing behavior problems were found between boys and girls. Boys explicitly had more compulsive behavior problems than girls, while girls significantly had more depressive tendency than boys. (2) Mother's alexithymia had significant predictive effect on preschoolers' internalizing behavior problems. Mother's difficulty identifying feeling was positively associated with preschoolers' depressive mood, social withdrawal and compulsive behavior. Mother's difficulty describing feeling was positively associated with children's depressive tendency. Conclusion: Mother's alexithymia may have big influence on preschoolers' internalizing behavior problems.
