内质网应激与肿瘤 被引量:11

摘要 内质网应激(ERS)是内质网受到多种刺激导致细胞内Ca2+平衡紊乱或内质网中蛋白质堆积引发的反应,ERS中的未折叠蛋白反应(UPR)、内质网超负荷反应(EOR)可能与肿瘤的发生、发展、转移及预后密切相关。本文中作者主要介绍了与肿瘤相关的ERS信号转导通路及相关基因和蛋白的表达与肿瘤的相关性。
