子宫内膜癌组织病理相关蛋白表达水平的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 子宫内膜癌(endometrial carcinoma,EC)是女性生殖道常见的恶性肿瘤之一,全球每年约有14.2万例妇女患EC,4.2万人死于该疾病[1]。EC根据性激素的依赖关系又可以分成Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型,前者是雌激素依赖性肿瘤,指子宫内膜腺癌;后者是非雌激素依赖型,指子宫内膜浆液性腺癌(UPSC),透明细胞癌,未分化癌和鳞状细胞癌。癌是一种基因性疾病,常伴随多个癌基因、抑癌基因的异常表达,多个因素在不同的水平相互作用,共同影响子宫内膜癌的发生,发展及预后。本文就EC病理相关蛋白在调控水平研究进展作一综述。
