后纵隔原始神经外胚层肿瘤一例 被引量：1

摘要 临床资料患并，女，41岁。因反复右上腹痛2年，加重5h入院。查体：双侧锁骨上淋岜结未触及肿大，心肺听诊无异常。胸部CT平面加增强扫描示：纵隔居中，纵隔淋巴结未见肿大，右侧胸腔见类网形软组织密度影，边界清楚，约83mm×60mm大小，增强后不均匀强化，两侧胸膜无增厚，钉侧胸腔少量积液（图1）：术前临床诊断：有后纵隔神经源性肿瘤。手术在全身麻醉、气管内捅管下进行，
