腹腔镜切口子宫内膜异位囊肿2例报告 被引量：5

摘要 子宫内膜异位症（内异症）可发生在全身各个部位，卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿最为常见。腹壁内异症是较常见的盆腔外内异症，在国内外均有报道，多继发于剖宫产、会阴切开、子宫切除、羊膜腔穿刺术后，甚至阑尾切除或腹股沟疝修补术后。腹腔镜手术后切口子宫内膜异位症甚为罕见，国内外仅见个案报道。
