摘要
用测定样品的特性粘度降低、端羧基含量增加和热氧化失重三种方法对不同催化体系合成的两种PET样品进行了热氧化降解的动力学研究.实验结果指出:此三种方法所得结果有相同趋势;特性粘度降低和端羧基含量增加这两种方法受树脂比表面积的影响;热氧化失重产物中升华的固体物质占大部分;不同催化-稳定体系所得PET的热氧化稳定性不同.另外,作者对这三种方法所依据的机理及应如何理解这三种方法所得的结果进行了讨论.
Kinetic study of thermo-oxidative degradation for two PET samples are carried out by three methods, i.e. intrinsic viscosity degreasing, carboxy end group increasing and thermal weight loss. These three methods show similar results. The decrease of intrinsic viscosity and increase of carboxy end group are affected by the specific surface of resin. The products of thermal weight loss is largely sublimated solid matter. The resin synthesized with different catalyst-stabilizers has different thermooxidative degradation rate. Meanwhile, the authors discuss the mechanism of these three methods and the interpretation of the obtained results.
