研究生发展质量影响因素调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Factors Affecting the Quality of Graduate Development

研究生作为经济建设、社会发展不可或缺的人力资源,他们的发展质量与在校期间的研究生教育存在着密切关系。笔者通过对重庆某高校的毕业研究生进行调查,了解他们当前的发展质量和在校期间所受研究生教育情况,并分析后者对前者的影响。研究结果表明:课程设置、教育与社会需要吻合度、参加挑战性创造工作、课堂主动性、科研活动和职业规划等因素对研究生发展质量的影响较为显著。最后,依据分析结果对研究生教育提出了相关改进意见与建议。

Graduate as economic construction, social development, an integral part of human resources, the quality of their development and graduate education at the school during the existence of a close relationship. In this paper, the graduate students of a university in Chongqing to investigate, to understand their current quality of development and during the school suffered graduate education, and analyze the impact of the latter on the former. The results show that： the curriculum, the educational and social needs fit, to participate in the challenge to create jobs, classroom initiative, research activities and career planning, and other factors impact on the quality of the graduate development more significant. Finally, based on the analysis of the results of the post-graduate education improvements and suggestions.
