摘要
本研究以MBA教育为例,通过设计测评模型,从顾客与客户的角度出发,以客户满意度为基础系统调研了MBA教育服务质量影响因素,将服务营销理论与我国MBA教育服务质量评估相结合,测评了影响专业学位研究生教育服务质量的关键性指标,并进一步验证了本研究所构建指标体系的合理性和科学性,以为我国专业学位研究生教育提高竞争力和办学水平提供有效的借鉴。
The research takes MBA education as an example, designs the evaluating model from the point of clients and customers, and systemically researches the factors that influences service quality of MBA education based on the customer satisfaction. By combine service marketing theory and the quality assessment system of MBA education in China, the research also measures some key indicators which influence service quality of professional degree postgraduate education. The rationality and scientific nature for target system built in this research are further verified,'so that we can get some effective references in promoting the teaching quality and competitiveness of professional degree postgraduate education for China.
