参与话语下民办高校治理模式的结构性分析 被引量:3

Structural Analysis of the Governance Model of Private Colleges and Universities upon Participatory Discourse

摘要 "参与治理"是加强民办高校与各利益相关者互动合作、促进品牌化战略实施的重要路径选择。与"人力资本控制模式"和"董事会领导下校长负责制"这两种民办高校治理模式相比,"参与治理模式"在治理主体、治理依据、治理方式和治理效果等方面更具优势。在"参与话语"下,需要重塑民办高校治理模式,即从优化民办高校与政府、企业、社会、教职工和学生的合作治理关系等结构性要素入手,进行综合性的治理改革,以实现民办高校的"善治"。 Participatory Discourse is an important step required to strengthen mutual cooperation between private colleges and universities and various stakeholders and to accelerate brand strategy implementation.Compared with two governance models of Human Capital Control and Principal Accountability of the Board of Directors, it leads in governance subject, governance basis, and governance methodology and governance effect.Upon Participatory Discourse, the governance model of private colleges and universities needs to be reconstructed which requires comprehensive structural management reform including optimization of the cooperativemanagement relations between private colleges and universities and Government, enterprises, society, staff and students to realize its Satisfactory Governance.
