摘要
每一名大学毕业生都要进入工作场所,适应职业生涯早期生活。许多研究者从学校维度和组织维度进行了相关研究,并提出了相关对策。然而,很少有学者从大学毕业生的社会关系构建出发探讨二者的关系。基于3年跨度的纵向研究,以江西高校毕业生为研究群体,根据LGC和Mplus统计软件进行数据分析和建模,研究表明,社会积极型策略与职业倦怠呈负相关,社会回避型策略则与职业倦怠呈现正相关,从而有效地论证了大学毕业生社会性策略与早期职业生活的关系。
Each university graduates has to enter the workplace, and adapt to the career early life. Many researchers had researched from the school dimensions and organization dimension, and puts forward relevantcountermeasures. However, few scholars had researched from the social relations' constructing about university graduates, discussed the relationship. Based on the three years span longitudinal study, as Jiangxi provinceuniversity graduates to research group, according to LGC and Mplus statistical software for data analysis and modeling, the studies showed that, the social functional strategy has a negative correlation between job burnout,the social dysfunctional strategy has positive correlation; the social functional strategy has a positive correlation between job engagement, the social dysfunctional strategy, so as to effectively demonstrates the universitygraduates social strategy and the early career life has the relationship.
